Orchestra Studio, Trentino Music Festival
The Orchestra Studio is a pre-professional training & performance program for students between the ages of 18-29 interested pursuing a career as a 21st century professional musician. The five-week tuition-free program provides participants with high-calibre technical training, practical audition tools & rich performance experiences led by an internationally acclaimed faculty. The orchestra is led by Metropolitan Opera conductor J. David Jackson & encompasses a full range of strings, winds, brass & percussion. The program is aimed at empowering musicians through rigorous training, opera & symphonic performance & the realisation of the multi-faceted layers necessary for a career in today’s changing musical landscape. Participants benefit from the rich cultural exchange that comes from performing with musicians from different cultures & countries in a beautiful European setting. Students will receive a scholarship to cover all tuition & housing with an admin fee of only $750 to pay.
