Orchesterakademie der Bergischen Symphoniker

The following training positions will be available in the 2025/2026 season:

Scholarship for university graduates
The Bergische Symphoniker Orchestra Academy promotes young orchestral talent and prepares talented instrumentalists who are at the end of their studies for a professional career.
In addition to rehearsals, concerts (orchestral literature, opera) and performances (up to 15 services per month), the programme also includes participation in chamber and sponsored concerts.
Students are accompanied by mentors from the orchestra.
The training programme lasts ten months.
The conditions include a monthly allowance of €900 gross. Scholarship holders are responsible for their own health insurance costs.

The audition will take place in the rehearsal room of the Bergische Symphoniker, Am Bruch 5, Haus 7 in 42857 Remscheid.
Unfortunately, the Orchestra Academy cannot reimburse any travelling expenses incurred.
