Contracted musicians with the Arizona Opera are paid on a per-service basis.
A travel stipend and per diem are provided based on City of Residence per the CBA.
Single occupancy hotel rooms or a housing stipend are provided for only select and limited dates per the CBA.
There is an anticipated minimum of 21 services in the 25-26 season.
Tenure may be offered after one year of work.
AZO has a string section production guarantee of at least two opera productions per season.
