Audition to be held May 14, 2025
Musicians of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra (OPO) are employed according to the terms of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between OPO and Local 389 AFM.
Per the terms of the CBA the 2025-2026 season service rates:
Section Viola – guaranteed 120 services (Services Rate – $169.44)
Pension Contribution – 7% of all wages earned under the CBA
Instrument Insurance – up to $40,000 coverage for Core Members
