The aim of the Neubrandenburg Philharmonic Orchestra Academy is to systematically promote the next generation of aspiring professional orchestral musicians.
The training includes, among other things
- Participation in concert and opera productions
- Supervision by mentors from the Neubrandenburg Philharmonic Orchestra
- Individual lessons in preparation for auditions (orchestral positions)
- Audition simulations in front of an orchestra jury
The conditions include a monthly allowance of €850 gross.
