The Luxembourg Philharmonic Academy offers eleven young talents a comprehensive orchestral education over a two-year period in Luxembourg.
The programme offers:
Participating in concerts, recordings and tours as a member of the Luxembourg Philharmonic during app. 20 weeks per season
Mentoring sessions with members of the Luxembourg Philharmonic
Tailored coaching sessions and workshops covering topics such as mental and physical health, well-being, stress management etc.
Engagement in chamber music projects, educational initiatives, and private concerts
Audition training to support the development of your professional career
Master classes by renowned soloists
The benefits include:
A monthly indemnity of 1.561,47 € (gross)
Complimentary accommodation in two beautiful residences in the heart of Luxembourg City for all academy members.

Permanent residency in Luxembourg is required during the academy programme
Eligibility:
You are eligible to apply if you are under 27 years of age (on the day of the audition) and hold a Bachelor’s degree (or are in the final year of a BA programme).
