The Orchestra Academy of the Essen Philharmonic Orchestra is looking for young and committed musicians!
We offer the opportunity to gain valuable orchestral experience in ballet, opera and symphony concert productions. The training also includes chamber music, mental coaching and individual lessons. Regular participation in the Academy's programmes is expected.

General conditions:
Duration: 12 months
Remuneration: € 920 per month (scholarship)
Scope: approx. 15 services per month
Locations: Essen Philharmonic Hall, Aalto Theatre

The scholarship holders are accompanied by mentors from the Essen Philharmonic Orchestra and receive targeted support through audition training and other offers.

Requirements:
Completed or shortly to be completed music studies
Maximum age: 28 years
Residence permit/work permit for the entire season
