Theater Nordhausen / Loh-Orchester Sondershausen Vio

We are offering an internship for 5.5 months in the viola section of our orchestra for the 2025/2026 season, starting 1 September 2025.
The Loh Orchestra celebrated its 400th anniversary in 2019 and is active in musical theatre (opera, operetta, musicals), performs symphonic concerts, chamber music concerts and offers a wide-ranging repertoire from different eras to current compositions.

General conditions:
Remuneration: €1080.00 gross with an average of 15 services per month
Requirements: Enrolment at a German university of music. For non-EU citizens, the prerequisite for participation in the audition is that you have a residence status that permits the granting of a work permit for part-time employment.
Period: limited to a maximum of 5.5 months,
Start: 01.09.2025 - end 15.02.2026
Please note:
Application costs (e.g. travel and accommodation costs) will not be covered.
No pianist will be provided for the audition. The audition can be held without a pianist.
