Salary and Benefits
- Basic starting salary: Approx SGD 65,000 to SGD90,500 p.a. (approx. USD 50,500 to USD 70,500) p.a.. Salary will be commensurate with experience and abilities.
- Low progressive personal income tax for a tax resident.
- 52 paid-weeks a year, including 6 weeks of paid annual leave in addition to statutory holidays and other leave benefits.
- Medical, dental, work injury compensation, travel insurance and instrument insurance benefits.
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will receive monthly Central Provident Fund (CPF) contribution based on prevailing contribution rate. Musicians on Work Passes will receive monthly fixed allowance in lieu of CPF contribution which is approximately SGD 13,000 per annum.

- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a live audition in Singapore on Tuesday, 26 August 2025.
- All applicants must be free to accept the position if offered.
- Successful applicants who are offered the position, and who have accepted it, should commence work within a reasonable period of the offer.
- Singapore Symphony Orchestra tunes to A442.
- Piano accompaniment is not required for the video and live auditions.
