The Orchestra Academy of the Essen Philharmonic is looking for young and dedicated musicians! 
We offer the opportunity to gain valuable orchestral experience in ballet, opera and symphony concert productions. In addition, the training includes chamber music, mental coaching and individual lessons. Regular participation in the Academy's offerings is expected. 
  
Framework conditions: 

• Duration: 12 months 

• Remuneration: €920 per month (scholarship) 

• Scope: approx. 15 services per month 

• Locations: Essen Philharmonic, Aalto Theater 

  
The scholarship holders are accompanied by mentors from the Essen Philharmonic and receive targeted support through audition training and other offers. 
  
Requirements: 

• Completed or soon to be completed music studies 

• Maximum age: 28 years 

• Residence permit/work permit for the entire season
