LOCATION
Located in beautiful Southern Oregon, just 4.5 hours south of Portland and 6.5 hours north of San Francisco. RVS performs each Masterworks Series concert three times, typically in Ashland, Medford, and Grants Pass.

HOW TO APPLY
- Select Your Position from the dropdown menu on the left side of the audition page.
- Upload Required Materials:
  Your resume
  Audio recordings of the required selections (details available upon position selection)
  Please record all excerpts in a single take to closely simulate a live audition. Incomplete or edited submissions will not be accepted.
  Important: Do not include your name in the file titles. All materials will be reviewed blindly.

TRAVEL & LODGING
Traveling musicians will be accommodated as needed with local orchestra members, staff, or board members. Travel reimbursement is provided to musicians traveling from outside the area, based on the distance from their home address to our rehearsal space at Southern Oregon University.

Reimbursement schedule (paid once per concert set):
- Ashland, Talent, Medford, Central Point, White City and areas 20 or fewer miles are area based.
- From Rogue River, Grants Pass and areas 20 to 50 miles from Ashland $ 90.00
- From Klamath Falls, Roseburg and areas 50 to 150 miles from Ashland $165.00
- From Eugene, Springfield and areas 150 to 225 miles from Ashland $190.00
- From Salem, Portland, and areas 225 to 300 miles from Ashland $225.00
- From San Francisco and areas more than 300 miles from Ashland $275.00
