-"Compact contracts" as stable substitute (from 3 till 5 "5 days Projects" pro year)-
The Harzer Sinfoniker is the official orchestra of the Harztheater gGmbh; the main institution of sort in the Harz region, Sachsen- Anhalt.
For our symphonic season we are looking for some reinforcement for our ensemble.
The "Compact-Contract" formula is thought to be the right engagement form for young enthusiastic instrumentalists, by hiring the selected candidates for a total of 5 Projects of 5 days each [25 days in total] (3 Projects for Cello candidates [15 days]).

Projects Dates: 1st project: 1st and 2nd violin, viola, cello
from 30.09.2025 to 04.10.2025
2nd project: 1st and 2nd violin, viola
from 11.11.2025 to 15.11.2025
3rd project: 1st and 2nd violin, viola, cello
from 27.01.2026 to 31.01.2026
4th project: 1st and 2nd violin, viola
from 24.02.2026 to 28.02.2026
5th project: 1st and 2nd violin, viola, cello
from 12.05.2026 to 16.05.2026
The online audition consists of a video recording to be evaluated by orchestra members.
The video should be recorded in one take with a common recording device (smartphone, etc...).
Piano accompaniment is well accepted, but not necessary.

Strauss - Don Juan
Mozart – Symphony 39
Viola: Stamitz or Hoffmeister Exposition and Cadence

Bruckner – 4th Symphony up to measure 83
Cello: Haydn – 1st movement Exposition and 2nd movement up to measure 39
Brahms – 2nd Symphony
Beethoven – Symphony No. 5

Details of service contracts :
700 Euros net for each symphonic project
The orchestra will provide for the accommodation (hotel, or theater room depending on availability) and travel expenses.
