Principal Percussion Norway | Oslo Posted 28 Aug 2025 Performance jobs Timpani and Percussion The Oslo Philharmonic invites highly qualified candidates to apply for the position of Principal percussion. We are looking for a dedicated orchestral musician who is willing to invest in and actively contribute to our orchestra's inner life and its continued artistic development. All candidates are requested to upload a video by December 1st, 2025. The contents of the recording is specified in the "Video Requirements" section. Qualified candidates will be invited to the main audition, with invitations to be sent by December 12th, 2025. The audition will take place on Sunday, February 8th, 2026, at the Oslo Concert Hall (with a possibility to try out instruments on Saturday, February 7th, 2026). Excerpts and instrument specifications will be sent to all invited candidates.
