KIS/ BMEF Summer Academy Rab Croatia | Rab Posted 02 Apr 2026 Courses Viola Between August 30 and September 12, 2026, KIS in collaboration with BMEF presents international masterclasses in violin, viola, cello, double bass, piano, chamber music, and ensembles on the island of Rab, Croatia. Faculty members include Andrej Bielow, Eszter Haffner, David Frühwirth, Jan Bjøranger, Sebastian Müller, Carla Marrero Martinez, Usha Kapoor, Paul Cortese, Anna Garde, Dušan Kostić and Yejin Gil. Applications are open to individual musicians and ensembles. Participants receive 3–5 individual lessons of 45 minutes and may also take part in ensemble work and selected concerts in the region. A limited number of scholarships are available for accompanists. Rab is accessible via Rijeka, Zadar and Zagreb.
