ABOUT THE MASTERCLASS Nordic Masterclass for Conductors is an initiative aiming to create possibilities for young conductors to develop through "practising their instrument" as in orchestral leadership, under top level guidance by professor Jorma Panula, assistant teacher Maria Badstue and Odense Symphony Orchestra. The focus is furthermore to emphasize the importance of podium time for young conductors or in the words of prof. Jorma Panula: "You cannot learn to conduct without an orchestra". Application should contain CV and a link to a video conducting, maximum length 20 min. PARTICIPATION EXPENSES The total participation fee is 2000 EUR. The fee does not cover accommodation and travel.
