Atso Almila's course is suitable for people who want to supplement their knowledge with orchestra conducting skills. The course provides preparation for hand motor skills, good conducting technique and ensemble practice through tasks of different levels. In the course, the conductor's work is studied in a variety of ways. Teaching includes e.g. orchestra conducting theory, small group coaching, working with the Seinäjoki City Orchestra and analysis of videos taken from the work. The course culminates to a final concert on Thursday 28.8.2025 at 18.00.
