International Academy of Musical Praxis Germany | Berlin / Online Posted 26 Sep 2025 Courses Composer The International Academy of Musical Praxis is a global program for composers who want their solo percussion works to be both innovative and widely performable. Guided by renowned composer–percussionist David Moliner, participants receive personalized mentorship and professional feedback across 10 monthly online sessions (starting November 2025). All works will be professionally recorded, with four premieres at the Konzerthaus Berlin (selection based on artistic merit). The Academy is built on five pillars: praxis first (playability and reproducibility), holistic musical voice, aesthetic exchange, professional projection, and global impact. Alongside percussion, participants gain tools for chamber and orchestral writing, career strategies, and access to exclusive video insights from Jörg Widmann and Fabián Panisello.
