The Job
• A permanent, term time only role from January 2027 (subject to recruitment checks).• 4 days per week, Monday to Friday (with additional hours supporting student performances/ rehearsals during the evening and at weekends as required). Hours can be considered on an individual and flexible basis. (This role may be suitable for a job share for the right candidates).• Regular Saturday morning work is required, plus some evening and additional weekend work.• The role will focus on caretaking the Woodwind, Brass and Percussion Department. The successful candidate(s) will support our Woodwind, Brass & Percussion students to continue to reach the highest of musical standards within a nurturing environment, focussed on personal growth and wellbeing. Able to inspire, teach and support all levels of students alike, candidates will equally be capable of working at management level – liaising with parent and the wider staff team.
