Associate Professor (Teaching)/Assistant Professor (Teaching)/Lecturer

II. Job Description

1. Teaching undergraduate/master/doctoral courses based on the approved syllabus, with a primary commitment to high-quality teaching;

2. Recruiting and retaining outstanding piano students at the undergraduate and graduate levels through outreach at the local, regional, national and international levels;

3. Developing organ, accordion, and harpsichord courses in addition to piano studies;

4. For appointment at the rank of Associate Professor (Teaching) or above: contributing to curriculum development, pedagogical innovation and programme development of the Division.

III. Qualification Requirements

1. Having a master's degree or above in the field of piano and/or other keyboard performance, or equivalent distinguished professional experience;

2. Candidates should have more than 2 years of teaching experience in professional music conservatories. World-renowned artists are welcome and preferred;

3. High level of teaching ability, excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
