The theater für niedersachsen, or tfn for short, is a state theater based in the Hildesheim City Theater. With our almost 300 employees, we create 20 new productions annually in the genres of musical theater, musical, drama, and children's and youth theater for our house and stages throughout Lower Saxony and beyond. The tfn_philharmonie regularly gives its own symphony and chamber concerts.
According to Schiller's quote "Human dignity ⋅ is given into your hand ⋅ preserve it ⋅ it sinks with you ⋅ with you it will rise" above our main entrance, we see ourselves as a place of democracy and humanism, as a free space for social imagination or as an institute for courage to live. But it is always about showing a changeable world and reaching the audience with the magic of theater. 
The tfn-philharmonie is an ensemble with a broad stylistic range from Baroque to the present day, playing opera productions, operettas and musicals, as well as five symphony concert productions and numerous special concerts.
An audition is expected to take place in Hildesheim around the end of September. The exact date will be announced with the invitation at the latest.
Unfortunately, travel expenses cannot be reimbursed.
