ANNOUNCEMENT
Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz is looking for an individual for the position of orchestra concertmaster.
It is required to submit a CV with the following information: residential address, personal details, information concerning education, artistic and professional experience.
Interested candidates are kindly requested to submit their written applications at Opera Nova, Human Resources Department, 5 M. Focha Street or by e-mail:  kadry@operanova.bydgoszcz.pl until August 16, 2026.
 
The scheduled date for the audition is set for August 26, 2026, 1:00 p.m. Opera Nova reserves the right to contact selected candidates and to change the audition date. Opera Nova provides an accompanist.
Selected candidates will be informed individually of their audition date.

1)  Violin concertos:
a)  Classical concerts:

• W. A. Mozart:  Violin Concerto no. 5 in A major K. 219, part 1 and 2 with cadences,

• W. A. Mozart:  Violin Concerto No. 3 in G major K. 216, part 1 and 2 with cadences,

• W. A. Mozart: Violin Concerto No. 4 in D major K. 218, part 1 and 2 with cadences,

b)  Romantic concerts:

• P. I. Tchaikovsky: Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 35, part 1 with cadence,

• J. Brahms: Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 77, part 1 with cadence,

• L. van Beethoven: Concerto in D major, Op. 61, part 1 with cadence,

• J. Sibelius: Violin Concerto in D minor, Op. 47, part 1 with cadence
