The role is designed to develop the Junior Fellow’s professional experience, confidence, and network, supporting their establishment as an emerging professional musician. Fellows will play an active role and contribute to the educational and musical life of the department and wider Academy community. Recipients will have opportunities to develop their skills and gain extensive collaborative experience while working closely with leading professional musicians.
