(substitute)
The bass section of the Norwegian Opera Orchestra is looking to expand its substitute list and welcomes applications from interested and qualified double bass players for both short- and long-term engagements.
Audition requirements:

• Mozart – Die Zauberflöte, Overture

• Verdi – Otello

• One orchestral excerpt of the candidate’s choice

• One piece of the candidate’s choice from the solo repertoire

The orchestral excerpts must be recorded in a single, continuous, unedited take. The solo piece may be submitted as a separate recording.
