Staatskapelle Halle Double bass

The call for applications is primarily aimed at young musicians who have already completed the Bachelor's degree programme or are at the end of their studies.
The Orchestra Academy of the Staatskapelle Halle provides practical training to prepare for a successful career start by participating in rehearsals and concert formats of the Staatskapelle Halle and by being involved in the diverse repertoire of the music theatre and ballet section of the Halle Opera. (12 assignments per month on average)
Participation in the annual academy concerts together with musicians from the Staatskapelle Halle as a chamber orchestra, own chamber music formats, concerts in charitable organisations, regular coaching by mentors from the Staatskapelle and monthly training auditions are an integral part of the training.
A monthly stipend of €720 is paid out to support living expenses.

A valid residence permit is required.
Travelling expenses cannot be reimbursed.
