Having studied with Oleg Maisenberg and Eliso Virsaladze, I had the privilege of experiencing world class mentorship where the Eastern piano school meets the Western musical tradition. I would be delighted to pass on this aesthetic and methodological heritage — together with my competition and stage experience — to the younger generation of pianists.
Both in individual lessons and in chamber music coaching, my focus has for many years been primarily on the Classical–Romantic repertoire, while I remain equally open to program suggestions from other periods. If you are interested in developing the essential components of a pianist’s daily craft, you are warmly invited to join my class. We will work on:
• Technical foundations and efficiency in piano playing
• Preparing for piano competitions and entrance examinations
• Managing performance anxiety and developing a healthy psychological approach to the profession
• Practising in a way that avoids both short term and long term injuries
• Elevating your musicality to a higher artistic level
• Discovering orchestral colors and instrumental imagination in your piano sound
• Understanding the form and structure of the pieces you play
• Choosing repertoire with two goals in mind: personal artistic growth and the best possible presentation of your strengths
