WHEN: July 24th to Aug 2nd 2026 WHERE: Fiskars, Raseborg What's included: Coaching in orchestra playing- and leadership Chamber music coaching Music industry workshops Individual career guidance Networking and follow up contacts Public orchestra concerts and chamber music concerts as part of Fiskars Summer Festival Instrumental mentors include Niamh McKenna, Christian Moré Coloma, Christoffer Sundqvist, Mikko-Pekka Svala, Sophie Heinrich, Jan Söderblom, Tero Latvala, Aleksander Gordon, Tuomas Lehto and Maria Krykov. Career mentors include Paul Hughes and Sarah Osa, among other invited guests. The course is free of charge, and participants will receive a travel contribution of up to 300 € if coming from abroad. Traveling (bus, train) in Finland will be reimbursed. Accommodation, a daily lunch, and other light catering are provided by the LEAD! Foundation.
