International Competition Remember Enescu Romania | Bucharest Posted 18 Jun 2025 Competitions Violin The Remember Enescu Cultural Foundation organizes the Remember Enescu International Competition 2025, XXII Edition, paying tribute to the personality of the great composer, violinist, pedagogue, conductor and pianist George Enescu. The competition is held in two stages and is addressed to young performers for the violin, piano, singing and composition sections. The prizes are in the form of money, scores, CDs, invitations to recitals and concerts organized in collaboration with the foundation's partners, the "Mihail Jora" State Philharmonic from Bacau and the "Paul Constantinescu" State Philharmonic from Ploiesti; an extraordinary invitation to a recital organized in collaboration with the Romanian Embassy in Paris in the Golden Salon of the Behague Palace in October 2025; a master violin from the collection of Eugene Tchaikovsky, the composer's nephew; other special prizes.
