The Competition is open to all violists up to 30 years of age and of any nationality. Application deadline, 1 July 2025 The concept of a festival jointly led by violists Nobuko Imai and Macarena Pesutic was conceived eight years ago in the Canary Islands. The Canarian Conservatory of Music in Tenerife and the Auditorio de Tenerife, both featuring excellent facilities and a state-of-the-art auditorium, provide an inspiring environment for music-making, with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. On November 18, 19, and 20, 2025, candidates selected for the first and final rounds of the competition will have the opportunity to attend masterclasses with jury members.
