Malmö Gitarrforum's Third International Composition Contest Sweden | Malmö Posted 02 Sep 2026 Competitions Composer Malmö Gitarrforum has for several years worked to expand the repertoire for the classical guitar in mixed ensembles. This year we are collaborating with Lumis Ensemble who will perform the pieces of three finalists in a live concert. More information about the concert will follow. All pieces submitted to the competition will be made available to Lumis Ensemble for further use in their concert activity. We wish all composers welcome to contribute to this project. All styles within the tradition of notated art music is welcome. There is no admittion fee.
