The Isang Yun Competition is held in remembrance of renowned Korean composer Isang Yun (1917-1995), with the aim of supporting emerging international soloists and promoting cultural exchange among nations. And the Competition is held every year alternately in three categories: Cello, Piano, Violin. This year's Cello edition will take place from November 1 to 9 in Tongyeong Concert Hall, South Korea. It's open to cellists of all nationalities, born between November 1, 1995, and October 31, 2010. Applications are to be received by July 31, 2025.
