The Vice President of Orchestra and Production (VPOP) is an executive leadership role responsible for overseeing orchestra management and concert operations of the Minnesota Orchestra, guided by the MOA’s vision, values, and strategic plan. As a member of the senior management team, the position reports to the President and CEO and ensures operational and production implementation of concert experiences for audiences at Orchestra Hall, in the community, and throughout the region. The VPOP manages a team of five full-time staff, three librarians, and five stage crew and collaborates closely with the Music Director, Orchestra leadership, and the entire senior management team to support artistic excellence while maintaining financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
