Full-Time: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary range: £31,124 per annum inclusive of London Allowance
Philanthropy plays a significant role in the life of the Academy and supports our mission to develop and educate the musicians of tomorrow.
We are seeking an effective and organised Philanthropy Administration Officer to join and support the Donor Relations team, which sits within the Philanthropy team. Your work will support donor stewardship including gift acknowledgements, events and mailings, administering priority bookings and the Friends programme, responding to general enquiries about giving opportunities at the Academy, carrying out research projects, helping to ensure the database is up to date, assisting with the preparation of proposals and materials, administering the department budget, organising team meetings and managing office supplies.
The Philanthropy Administration Officer will be heavily involved with our ongoing campaign plans, supporting the Philanthropy team with special events, bespoke appeals and donor stewardship and organising meetings with our Philanthropy Board.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of supporting the delivery of major projects whilst juggling a number of ongoing daily tasks, ideally within a similar HE or arts environment, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
