The role holder will provide efficient administrative support to ensure the accurate recording of data on the College’s academic-related administrative IT systems, and smooth running of operational processes. They will respond to day-to-day enquiries from staff and students and work to enhance the student experience in liaison with Programme Leaders, academic staff and wider College teams. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
